1) Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing our sites or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years or older to use our platforms.

2) Divisions & Services

• YepItsDone.com (Yep It’s Done!™ – The Movement): goal generator, Wins, shareables, articles, public‑facing community features.
• LawofAchieved.com (Law of Achieved Education): accounts, dashboards, paid online courses; any sessions delivered are tied to courses and are educational/motivational only.
• AchievedShop.com (Achieved Shop): merchandise, products, and course sales.
• AchievedCoach.com (Achieved Coach): founders’ informational/marketing site.

3) No Professional Advice

We are goal coaches, offering educational and motivational guidance to support your personal growth and achievement. We are not licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial professionals, and nothing on this site, in our courses, or in our coaching sessions should be taken as professional advice. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. For advice regarding medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional matters, please consult a qualified professional.

4) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

5) Goal Generator Rules (YepItsDone.com)

• One goal per day per device/browser; lock and countdown timer enforce this.
• Missing a day resets both streaks and the Achieved Bar; completion occurs only after all offered goals are achieved over time.
• Backup codes allow progress restoration to a new device/browser. Keep your code confidential; you are responsible for its safekeeping.
• Do not bypass or attempt to bypass any limiters or safeguards. Abuse may lead to suspension.
• No warranty on progress storage; features rely on cookies/local storage and device/browser state.

6) User‑Generated Content (UGC) License

By submitting UGC to our sites or directly to us (e.g., Wins, interviews, testimonials, comments, media, contests), you represent you own the rights and grant Achieved Solutions Coaching, LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such content in any media for any lawful purpose related to our mission (including promotion/marketing), without compensation.

UGC on Your Social Media (Tag/Hashtag Consent)

If you publicly post about our brands and (a) tag our official handles, (b) mention our brand names, or (c) use our designated hashtags (@YepItsDone, #YepItsDone, @LawOfAchieved, #LawOfAchieved, @AchievedShop, #AchievedShop, @AchievedCoach, #AchievedCoach, @Mynifest, #Mynifest), or you reply to our permission request with a clear affirmative (e.g., #YesAchieved), you grant us the same license to use that content (including reposting, featuring on our sites, ads, and emails), subject to the platform’s terms. You may request removal for future uses by emailing web@achievedsolutions.com; prior uses may persist in already‑created materials.

7) Community Standards & Moderation

We may refuse, remove, or disable access to content or accounts at our discretion. Prohibited content/actions include: violence; threats; harassment; hate speech or discrimination; illegal activity or solicitation; sexual content or sexually explicit requests/goals; self‑harm encouragement; dangerous activities; spam/scams; impersonation; infringement; and attempts to bypass technical limits. Unlawful activity may be reported to authorities.

8) Courses, Sessions & Services (LawofAchieved.com)

• Access is for your personal, non‑transferable use. Course materials are licensed to you and may not be redistributed.
• Any session delivered with a course is educational/motivational only. We may refuse or terminate sessions if your goals involve illegal activity, potential legal liability for us, or sexual content. No refunds apply if terminated for these reasons.
• Rescheduling: 24‑hour notice required. No‑shows forfeit the session.
• No refunds for courses or services under any circumstances.

9) Store Policy (Returns/RMA) — AchievedShop.com

• Courses/Services: No refunds under any circumstances.
• Merchandise/Products: Store credit only upon approved return and inspection. US‑only.
• Obtain an RMA number before returning by emailing web@achievedsolutions.com.
• Customer pays return shipping/handling and must use tracked shipping.
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition as originally packaged. If returned items show wear/use/damage or differ from the original condition, we may deny store credit and are not responsible for shipping items back.
• Non‑returnable items: digital goods, gift cards, clearance/final sale, worn apparel.

10) Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, trademarks, text, images, code, designs, videos) is owned by Achieved Solutions Coaching, LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our IP without written permission.

11) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: violate laws or rights; interfere with site operation; scrape/crawl/reverse engineer; upload malware; bypass access or security; misrepresent identity; or use content for competing services without consent.

12) Disclaimers & Liability Limits

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our owners, officers, employees, and partners) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue/data, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (i) amounts you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim or (ii) $100.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Achieved Solutions Coaching, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the sites/services, your UGC, or your breach of these Terms.

14) DMCA Notices

For copyright concerns, contact our DMCA agent at web@achievedsolutions.com with: (a) your contact info; (b) identification of the work claimed infringed; (c) identification of the material to be removed and its URL; (d) a statement of good‑faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

17) Electronic Communications & Consent

You consent to receive electronic communications from us (including notices, policies, and receipts). Marketing emails are subject to your opt‑in/opt‑out preferences.

18) Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.

19) Use of Materials

Use of Shareables

The Shareables provided on YepItsDone.com are free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may download, share, and display them on your personal social media or devices, as long as you do not alter them or use them for commercial gain. Commercial use, reproduction for resale, redistribution on third-party platforms, or modification of these images is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
