1) Who We Are

Achieved Solutions Coaching, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the following sites and services: YepItsDone.com (Yep It’s Done!™ – The Movement), LawofAchieved.com (Law of Achieved Education), AchievedShop.com (Achieved Shop), and AchievedCoach.com (Achieved Coach). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights.

2) Scope

This policy applies to our websites, course platforms, e‑commerce store, forms, emails, and related online services.

3) Information We Collect

• Identity & Contact: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone.
• Account Data (Education): login, profile, enrollments, course progress; basic logistics if sessions are included with courses.
• Order & Transaction: items purchased, totals, limited payment metadata (we do not store full card numbers).
• User‑Generated Content: Wins, article interview responses, testimonials, comments, contests, messages, uploaded media.
• Usage/Device: IP address, device/browser, pages visited, referring URLs, timezone, approximate location.
• Cookies & Similar Tech: used for login persistence, preferences, analytics, marketing, and features like one‑goal‑per‑day locks.
• Support/Comms: messages you send us; your marketing preferences.

4) How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our sites, courses, goal generator, and shop.
• Process orders, deliver products/services, and provide customer support.
• Operate features like Wins, shareables, articles, streaks/Achieved Bar, Achieved Club and backup codes.
• Personalize content, recommend materials, analyze usage, and measure engagement.
• Send transactional emails and marketing emails (with opt‑out).
• Protect our platforms (fraud/security/abuse prevention) and comply with law.

5) Payments & Processors

We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by third‑party processors. Site mapping:

• YepItsDone.com: Stripe, PayPal, and/or Shopify (Shopify Payments).
• LawofAchieved.com: Stripe, PayPal, and/or Shopify (Shopify Payments).
• AchievedShop.com: Stripe, PayPal, and/or Shopify (Shopify Payments).
• AchievedCoach.com: Stripe, PayPal, and/or Shopify (Shopify Payments).

These processors handle your payment information under their own privacy policies. We may receive limited metadata (e.g., transaction ID, status) for fulfillment and recordkeeping.

6) Analytics & Advertising Partners

We may use analytics, measurement, and advertising tools to understand performance and reach interested audiences. Providers may include some or all of the following over time (non‑exhaustive): Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, X/Twitter Pixel, Pinterest Tag, Microsoft Advertising/Bing, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Cloudflare Web Analytics, HubSpot, Segment, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Postmark, AWS SES.

You can manage cookies via the browser settings. Platform choices may also be available in your Google Ads settings and Meta ad preferences. We will update this notice when our practices materially change.

7) How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, email, payment processing, shipping), for legal compliance, or during business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition).

8) Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as needed for operations and legal obligations (e.g., tax/transaction records), then delete or anonymize it.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Eligibility (18+)

Our platforms are for adults 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us to delete it.

11) Your Rights (GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA)

• Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR): consent; contract performance; legitimate interests; legal obligations.
• European/UK Rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection; withdraw consent any time without affecting prior processing.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and non‑discrimination. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

12) Marketing Emails

With your consent (or as otherwise permitted), we may send newsletters, promotions, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by emailing us.

13) Goal Generator & Backup Codes (YepItsDone.com)

• One goal per day per device/browser. A lock and countdown timer enforce this.
• Missing a day resets streaks and the Achieved Bar. The Achieved Bar completes only when all offered goals are achieved over time.
• Backup codes let you restore progress to a new device/browser. Keep your code confidential; you are responsible for its safekeeping.
• Features rely on cookies/local storage. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device loss, resets, clearing storage, or user error.

14) User‑Generated Content & Publicity

Content you submit to our sites (e.g., Wins, article interviews, testimonials, comments, contests, media) may be publicly displayed. See our Terms for the license you grant us.

15) International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
