How It Works:
- Onboarding call - We'll schedule your first 30-minute session within 48 hours
- Weekly sessions - Same time each week (or flexible scheduling as needed)
- Ongoing support - Text me throughout the week with questions or updates
- Monthly review - At the end of each month, we'll assess progress and adjust your plan

Scheduling & Availability:
Weekly calls: Scheduled at a consistent time that works for your schedule. 24-hour notice required for rescheduling (emergencies handled case-by-case).
Text support: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Responses within the same business day.
Emails: Detailed responses within 24-48 hours for your two monthly emails.
